About me

I was born on the island of Cyprus, home of Aphrodite. To this day, I feel connected to the Goddess of love, all-encompassing sensuality and embodiment. Raised in a port in the south of England, I developed a love of travel and language. German was among the languages I learnt. My love of harbor cities led me to Hamburg, where I lived for many years in St. Pauli. Until Berlin became my home, as it has been for over a decade now.

My interest in healing, bodywork, dance and sexuality was sparked very early on. This inspired me to participate in numerous trainings and seminars, in which I constantly expanded my knowledge.

I began at a young age with yoga, Tibetan Buddhist meditation and tantra, followed by a three-year training in naturopathy and a two-year specialisation in Shiatsu massage.

Dancing was always an important form of expression for me and I am interested in both solo dance, as well as duo and group constellations. Through tournament training in ballroom and latin dance and later with the discovery of tango in Buenos Aires, I learnt to tune in to another person, to listen, to move harmoniously together in the same groove, while still staying true to myself and my own inner rhythm.

Later, I became passionate about improvisation, danced in hybrid, fluid constellations, in which I could dance alone, as a duet or a group body. Contact Improvisation taught me to follow my impulses, to be brave, to sense into what I want and what I don’t want. It taught me to connect with others but also to leave the scene or moment of relating without hesitation or apology— to be playful, dynamic, tender, passionate and curious.

This form of non-verbal communication and encounter opened up spaces that have permeated many layers of my life. I further explored these approaches in my Ritual Play training and in numerous workshops in the Schwelle 7, an experimental space that supported the interweaving of dance, bodywork, sound, performance and BDSM. This loft in Berlin became my second home for three years. I loved, learnt and experimented there, in many intense and transformative workshops, performances and gatherings, as well as through unforgettable, extraordinary somatic experiences.

Betty Martin gave me the gift of becoming perceptively aware of my true desires and boundaries and above all being able to communicate them.   Her “Wheel of Consent” teachings, as well as the 3-minute game have become an integral part of my work.

My interest in sexuality as an experimental space and constant source of strength eventually became my profession and has culminated in my work as a somatic Sex Coach, in which I draw on methods from Sexological Bodywork, Holistic Bodywork, Tantra, Interactive Erotic Education and Sacred Intimacy. My knowledge of the teachings of Mantak Chia (for example sexual Tao & Kung-Fu), as well as breath practices to direct kundalini energy through the body, enhance my tools and experience.

• PGCSE (teacher training) at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Languages and sport.
• Extra-curricular integration work with children and youths (pedagogical play, film and theatre).
• Six-month research trip in northern India. Study of meditation techniques in Tibetan monasteries and interest in tantric breath techniques and energy channels.
• Three-year naturopathy training in Hamburg and a two-year further training in Shiatsu Massage with Edith Storch in Berlin
• Palliative care work and interest in transitions, self-choice and diverse rituals and forms of farewell
• Work as a translator specialised in art and culture & founder of a gallery for site-specific installations and video art in Berlin-Mitte
• Many different Massage-Fortbildungen (Shiatsu, Thai Massage, Lomi-Lomi, Tantra, BDSM Massage, Tao Erotic Massage & Erotic Massage Dancing, (inspired by Josef Kramer) Watsu, Chi Nei Tsang & Karsai Nei Tsang Massage (inspired Mantak Chia)
• Exploration of sex-positive and conscious kink communities in Berlin.
• Several years at home in Schwelle 7 with participation in advanced training courses, including Tantra Massage, Yoni & Lingam Massage, Anal & Prostate Massage, BDSM & Role Play, Systemic Constellations, Feldenkrais, Shibari, Experimental Community Living, Contact Impovisation, Tao Yoga, Erotic Hypnosis.
• Ritual Play Training with Marina Kronkvist in Helsinki.
• Participation in Xplore Festivals in Berlin, Barcelona and Rome. Workshop facilitator and performer in the role play concept ‘School of Love’ at Xplore Berlin
